These mixers are used for blending high-purity inorganic salt products, such as APIs, supplements, and food additives. Designed to handle materials dried by fluidized beds for final product packaging, our mixers feature jackets with both heating and cooling functions, allowing for efficient material cooling and drying. Moreover, our equipment is made from highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel 316L and 904L, with all sealing materials FDA certified, ensuring safety and reliability.

Controlled by a PLC system, the horizontal ribbon mixer features main shaft equipped with our proprietary lip mechanical seal. With the equipment in smooth operation for three years, Merck has spoken highly of our products.
