Extensive experience and dedicated teams enable us to earn high reputation in the industry. In 2018, we were honored to be EW Nutrition’s partner to equip their animal feed factory in Nantong.

EW Nutrition, a global animal nutrition supplier, aiming to expand its business in China and export their products to Southeast Asian countries, became our partner, with its plan of investing in an animal feed factory in Nantong, Jiangsu. EW Nutrition, offering comprehensive solutions for animal feed factories and self-producing farmers, specializes in animal intestinal health management, antibiotic reduction, young animal nutrition, and toxin risk management.

Initially, EW Nutrition considered purchasing industrial mixers from us. However, after discussing their requirements with our engineers, they decided to choose our turnkey solution. This includes the design, fabrication, installation, control, and commissioning of the entire production line, where three to four different formulas will be weighed, metered, transported to the mixer, mixed, and finally packaged.

Installation, Commissioning, and Operation

After about two months, all mechanical and electrical equipment were installed. With a week of material testing, the entire production line was commissioned. To facilitate daily cleaning, each feeding port in the production line was designed with a dust removal system, and air guns were provided on each floor. The production line has been in use for three years, a proof of the quality, durability, and performance of our products, as well as EW Nutrition’s satisfaction for our solutions.
